The success of the technology project in the global market depends on the ability to adapt the internal efforts and adjust the software to meet the needs of different local markets. Soft2Bet's development demonstrates how a focus on technology, automation, and user engagement can support international growth.

The company started with a small group and created a variety of solutions. These included full–fledged platforms for casinos and sports betting, its own gamification technology and local customer service. The company's development is important because it shows how it went from being local to global.

Founding the Company and Initial Development Steps

The idea for the future B2B provider was born in 2016 when the digital entertainment industry needed content management systems and sports betting tools that were very flexible. The brand made a basic version of a platform that could be changed to work with thousands of other games, while making sure that payments were processed quickly and easily. In the beginning, Soft2Bet was a “traditional”  startup. It used most of its energy and money to write good code and build strong database structures.

The first Soft2Bet products allowed customers to customize the product's appearance. It let companies quickly launch their brand with a custom look based on what specific markets wanted. The developers didn't just copy the solutions that already existed, but used something called 'modularity' by connecting all parts of the product through the 'Application Programming Interface' (API).

A Period of Accelerated Growth

In the next era of corporate evolution, there were several aspects, including a quick growth in the technical staff size and the level of product sophistication. Soft2Bet hired more engineers, data analysts and technical support staff, which meant they could launch several big platform upgrades at the same time.

An important part of this was setting up local infrastructure in different areas:

  • Deployment of multi–language interfaces for B2C platforms catering to different demographics.
  • Incorporation of countries–specific payments that are most trusted by consumers in each country.
  • Creation of adaptable and autonomous modules for responsible gaming systems without changing the existing platform code.

This careful localization strategy allowed Soft2Bet to go beyond just supplying software, transforming its output into fully integrated solutions that made it much quicker for new brands to hit the market.

Establishing an International Presence

Over time, these separate regional installations developed into a plan to grow operations all over the world. The company is now doing business in more than one country. To make sure that sending data around the world didn't take too long, Soft2Bet had to use its strong cloud system.

To make sure everything was running smoothly, the Soft2Bet team decided not to use the usual way of designing software, which is called a monolithic software design approach. Instead, they chose a modern microservice model, which is a way of dividing software into smaller parts. With a microservice architecture, every piece of software runs independently. This includes the sportsbook betting engine and the casino hub, which has hundreds of titles. The Soft2Bet infrastructure could handle over 1 million live events every year.

Soft2Bet Today

Soft2Bet has already become one of the leading global providers of business–to–business software solutions, with a range of products. Soft2Bet works with 22 different licences in 12 different countries.

The operational capabilities of the company are:

  1. Comprehensive turnkey solutions – Fully customizable platforms made to meet the needs of each market, with complete frontend customization.
  2. Massive gaming ecosystem – A casino integrated solution offering over 12,500 games from hundreds of top–tier providers.
  3. Advanced sportsbook solutions – Competitive betting feeds hosting more than 1 million live events annually.
  4. Global accessibility infrastructure – Built–in tools supporting more than 20 languages and 70 payment methods.
  5. Managed corporate services – Operational packages with round–the–clock customer support, fraud detection, and technical compliance.

Drivers of Corporate Transformation

Looking at how Soft2Bet changed from a small company to a big international software business shows some very important reasons for its success. The most important thing was the early decision to stop using fixed architectural templates and start using modular API solutions. This meant that the main product could work with new payment or content modules, which could then be integrated across different markets as needed.

A well–thought–out approach to automation, transaction control, and specialized departments dealing with responsible gaming has helped create a very safe environment and high degree of trust within the company. Soft2Bet continuously develops its compliance processes and adapts its operational practices to evolving industry requirements. Thanks to its technological innovations and agile localization strategy, what used to.
