The Biggest Crypto Poker Event Now

CoinPoker’s highly anticipated CSOP (Crypto Series of Poker) main event is just over 12 hours away
April 29, 2024

CoinPoker’s Crypto Series of Poker (CSOP) main event is set to kick off in just over 12 hours at 18:30 GMT / UTC, featuring a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000.

As of now, 30 players are already registered, vying for the following prize payouts:

1st place – $37,000 USDT

2nd place – $26,000 USDT

3rd place – $16,000 USDT

4th place – $10,000 USDT

5th place – $7,000 USDT

6th place – $4,000 USDT

With a buy-in of 500 USDT, the 30 entrants have contributed only 15,000 USDT to the prize pool. CoinPoker is adding an overlay of 85,000 USDT, making it highly profitable to play, even for amateurs.

Just before the tournament starts, more players are expected to join to capitalize on this added value.

It’s worth mentioning that it’s a rebuy event, with a late registration period of two hours and ten minutes.

While CoinPoker may not yet have the extensive player base of poker sites accepting both fiat and crypto deposits, such as BetOnline or Bovada, it has rapidly grown and established itself as the top 100% crypto-native poker site since its inception in 2017.

Apart from the main event, there are higher buy-in tournaments to explore, along with a CSOP leaderboard and cash games.

Starting at 17:00 GMT / UTC, the 'PLO Tycoon' tournament features a 5,000 USDT buy-in, with a guaranteed prize pool of 200,000 USDT, catering to fans of Pot Limit Omaha.

At 18:00, the 'CSOP Nemesis' NLHE event begins, with a 5,000 USDT buy-in and an impressive 400,000 USDT guarantee.

CoinPoker regularly hosts high-stakes cash games with blinds of up to 1000/2000 on weekends. Crypto enthusiasts can witness crypto whales betting over 300k USDT on a single poker hand.

In 2022, CoinPoker witnessed the largest pot in online poker history. You can watch how it played out on CoinPoker’s YouTube channel.

CoinPoker offers an additional 10,000 USDT in added value for its top leaderboard spots. The more wins and in-the-money finishes players achieve across the entire 41 events of the CSOP, the higher they rank on the leaderboard.

Prizes include passports to the Summer Showdown series in July, worth up to 2,000 USDT, CoinPoker’s next major tournament event in 2024.
