Delve, the startup building AI-powered agents for compliance operations, has raised $32 million in Series A funding at a $300 million valuation. The round was led by global software investor Insight Partners, with participation from top CISOs, AI operators, and Fortune 500 executives.
The announcement marks a significant step forward for the San Francisco-based company, which has quietly become a go-to platform for fast-scaling companies managing compliance obligations. Since its $3.3 million seed round in 2024, Delve has grown rapidly—serving more than 500 customers across industries, including rising AI startups Lovable, Bland, and Wispr Flow.
Compliance work remains a major drag on company resources. Despite being central to launching products and closing enterprise deals, the processes behind compliance often rely on repetitive manual tasks that slow down teams.
Millions of engineers, operators, and security staff still spend their time filling out spreadsheets, uploading screenshots, and compiling documents—costing businesses billions in lost productivity each year.
"Compliance frameworks are standardized. Businesses aren't," said Delve CEO Karun Kaushik. "That mismatch is why traditional software breaks down and teams fall back to duct-taped workflows across email, Slack, and shared drives."
Delve approaches the compliance problem from an AI-native perspective. Rather than tweaking old systems, the team built its platform from the ground up to embed intelligent agents into everyday operations. These agents understand company-specific context, navigate across fragmented systems, and execute complex compliance tasks from start to finish.
"Getting compliant faster unblocks deals, and eliminating the busywork lets teams focus on what actually drives the business forward," said Delve COO Selin Kocalar.
The platform’s ability to adapt to each company’s unique environment is a key reason behind its fast adoption across high-growth startups and enterprises alike.
With the fresh Series A funding, Delve plans to accelerate product development and expand its support for a broader range of compliance frameworks. The company is also growing its team to meet increasing customer demand.
"AI is fundamentally transforming how companies operate, yet compliance is still being managed like it's the pre-AI era," said Praveen Akkiraju, Managing Director at Insight Partners. “They're not just transforming compliance, they're transforming how companies operate at their core.”
The new capital will also support deeper integrations with customer systems and the expansion of Delve's AI capabilities to handle increasingly complex tasks automatically.
Delve was founded in 2023 by AI researchers Karun Kaushik and Selin Kocalar, who met at MIT and later collaborated with researchers from Stanford and Berkeley. Their goal: to eliminate the tedious and costly work that slows down innovative companies.
Today, Delve’s platform supports over 500 businesses across sectors. By embedding AI agents into compliance operations, the company helps clients achieve certifications faster and maintain them with less manual effort.
In addition to Insight Partners, Delve is backed by Y Combinator, Funder’s Club, General Catalyst, and a network of leading compliance and security executives. These investors bring a combination of deep domain expertise and a strong belief in Delve’s vision of compliance automation through AI.
