Levelpath has secured over $55 million in Series B funding, pushing its total capital raised past the $100 million mark. The round was led by Battery Ventures, whose General Partner Neeraj Agrawal is joining Levelpath’s board of directors. He previously led Battery’s investment in Coupa, which went public in 2016 and was later acquired for approximately $8 billion.
Other participants in the round include Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark, 01A, NewView Capital, and World Innovation Lab. The fresh capital will accelerate Levelpath’s efforts to modernize procurement by embedding artificial intelligence into every step of the enterprise procurement lifecycle.
Procurement is often the second-largest expense for businesses, yet it remains underserved by modern, intelligent tools. Existing platforms are complex, outdated, and often fail to deliver the value expected by today’s global enterprises.
Founded in 2022, Levelpath took a different route—building an AI-native platform from day one. Rather than layering AI onto legacy systems, the company developed a solution designed specifically for intelligent automation and adaptable workflows. Its proprietary Hyperbridge engine powers dynamic procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and full visibility.
"Procurement touches every part of a business, yet it's been held back by tools that fight against you instead of working with you," said Alex Yakubovich, Co-founder and CEO of Levelpath.
As part of this next phase, Levelpath has introduced AI Agents—autonomous capabilities that proactively address procurement needs. These AI Agents are designed to manage complex tasks like supplier onboarding, sourcing event creation, and risk assessments without relying on manual workflows or brittle automations.
Powered by Hyperbridge, the agents combine context-aware processing, orchestration, and secure data handling to support faster decisions and improved operational outcomes. With ready-to-use, preconfigured agents, teams can benefit immediately without IT overhead or extended onboarding times.
These agents adapt in real time to business changes and stakeholder inputs, helping teams unlock higher productivity while keeping procurement aligned with strategic goals. As foundational AI models evolve rapidly, Levelpath’s architecture ensures its customers stay current without managing model updates themselves.
The new funding will go toward accelerating product development, expanding the go-to-market team, and growing Levelpath’s ecosystem through integrations and strategic partnerships. Placement in Coupa’s App Marketplace is just one example of Levelpath’s expanding footprint.
"AI is transforming how enterprises operate, and procurement is no exception," said Stan Garber, Co-founder and President of Levelpath. "We’re not just building procurement tools. We’re building the intelligent infrastructure that turns procurement into a competitive edge."
Levelpath has also launched a monthly AI Masterclass webinar series to support leaders looking to scale AI across procurement operations.
Founded by Alex Yakubovich and Stan Garber in 2022, Levelpath is headquartered in San Francisco and focuses on transforming how enterprises handle indirect spend. Its platform features advanced orchestration, intuitive UX, and a native AI architecture purpose-built to deliver end-to-end procurement intelligence.
Levelpath is already trusted by global enterprises including Amgen, Ace Hardware, Coupang, Fortrea, GATX, SiriusXM, SSM Health, and Western Union.
Battery Ventures leads this round, with returning support from Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark, 01A, NewView Capital, and World Innovation Lab. The firm’s board now includes Neeraj Agrawal of Battery, alongside representatives from existing investors.
Agrawal noted, "Levelpath represents the future of enterprise procurement: intelligent, automated, and strategically aligned with business objectives. The team has built remarkable technology that delivers demonstrable value to some of the world's largest companies."
