AIceberg has secured $10 million in Seed funding to accelerate its work in AI safety, security, and compliance technology. The round was led by SYN Ventures and Sprout & Oak, two firms known for backing cybersecurity and AI-first companies.
This funding supports the launch of AIceberg’s platform, a real-time AI trust solution designed to validate and monitor all AI application traffic—covering speech, text, images, and even source code. The platform aims to help enterprises adopt AI safely without compromising on security or compliance.
As businesses embrace generative AI and agentic workflows, they face increasing risks—from data leaks to prompt injection attacks. AIceberg addresses these threats by acting as an AI firewall, enforcing security policies and detecting risk signals within both user prompts and model responses.

With the new funds, AIceberg plans to enhance its non-generative AI models, which independently assess AI interactions for risks—without relying on large language models themselves. This approach helps enterprises maintain compliance and respond to emerging threats faster.
AIceberg also plans to expand its product capabilities, focusing on supporting regulated industries like finance, healthcare, and government, where explainability, transparency, and auditability are essential. Future development will also target proactive threat detection to help businesses stay ahead of evolving AI risks.
