Alyve Health Raises $5.5M Series A to Expand Comprehensive Healthtech Platform

Alyve Health secures $5.5M in Series A funding to enhance and expand its healthtech platform
June 18, 2024

Healthtech startup Alyve Health has successfully raised $5.5 million in a Series A funding round, spearheaded by Axilor Ventures. The round also saw participation from 1Crowd Fund, an existing investor, as well as healthcare-focused Inhealth Ventures. Additionally, Alyve Health secured venture debt funding from Trifecta Capital as part of this financial boost.

Alyve Health had previously raised $900,000 in seed funding from Axilor Ventures and 1Crowd Fund in April 2022. This new influx of capital will drive strategic growth initiatives, including platform enhancement, talent acquisition, expansion of operations, and increased member engagement.

Founded in May 2020 by Shashank Avadhani, Sushant Roy, and Vineet Mehta, Alyve Health offers comprehensive health plans that encompass various healthcare journeys such as doctor consultations, diagnostics, medication purchases, dental procedures, gym memberships, and proactive well-being programs. The platform is designed for seamless integration with insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, financial institutions, digital platforms, clinics, diagnostic centers, and fitness studios.

Alyve Health prides itself on delivering tailored solutions for diverse groups, including employees, customers, and channel partners. The platform currently serves over 1 million members, providing a robust and accessible health management system.

Axilor Ventures, an early-stage investor, has been actively supporting innovative startups through its second technology fund worth $100 million, launched in July 2022. This fund has backed several promising startups, including LeRemitt, Doppelio, Solar Ladder, and Metalbook.

With this substantial Series A funding, Alyve Health is poised to enhance its offerings and expand its reach, continuing its mission to simplify and improve healthcare management for its growing member base.
