Augury, a leading provider of Industrial AI solutions, has raised $75 million in a Series F funding round, further solidifying its presence in the industrial AI sector. The round was led by Lightrock, with continued support from existing investors, including Insight Partners, Eclipse, Qumra Capital, Schneider Electric Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures. This latest funding round maintains Augury’s status as a unicorn, reflecting an increase in valuation since its previous round in 2021.
The company has seen remarkable growth over the past two years, with a fivefold revenue increase, a tripled Fortune 500 customer base, and an expanded product suite focusing on AI-driven process optimization. Augury remains the only unicorn in the Production Health category, reinforcing its industry leadership.
Augury specializes in AI-powered reliability and process optimization solutions that help manufacturers reduce downtime, optimize processes, and improve efficiency. Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of Industrial IoT and AI applications, analyzing over 500 million hours of machine data and delivering $1 billion in estimated value to manufacturers worldwide.
Saar Yoskovitz, Augury’s co-founder and CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation: “With this new funding we will continue that track record, breaking new ground in the introduction of Agentic-AI capabilities that build on our expertise and that our customers can trust across their most critical assets and processes.”
Augury’s technology is deployed by industry leaders such as PepsiCo, DuPont, and Colgate-Palmolive, demonstrating its widespread adoption across global manufacturing sectors. By 2040, Augury’s solutions are projected to cut industrial emissions by 12%, reducing 3 million metric tons of CO2 annually.
With this new capital, Augury plans to accelerate product development, enhance its AI-driven predictive maintenance capabilities, and expand its market presence. The company aims to scale its AI solutions to optimize both machine and process health, positioning AI as a trusted partner in manufacturing operations.
The funding will also support global expansion efforts, allowing Augury to reach more industrial sectors and increase its footprint among Fortune 500 manufacturers. As the industry shifts toward automation and predictive analytics, Augury is poised to lead with AI innovations that drive operational efficiency and sustainability.
In addition to securing new funding, Augury has appointed Elan Greenberg as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Greenberg brings a track record of scaling fast-growing technology companies, including Flock Safety and DoorDash. His expertise in operations and customer satisfaction is expected to further enhance Augury’s ability to deliver high-ROI AI solutions to manufacturing clients.
“I’m delighted to join the team at Augury, a category leader known globally for its commitment to service and innovation,” said Greenberg. “Alongside our partners, we’ll continue to empower humans and machines to push the boundaries of what’s possible and make the things we love.”
Lightrock, the lead investor in this round, has a strong focus on sustainability and AI-driven efficiencies. Ashish (Ash) Puri, Partner at Lightrock, highlighted Augury’s impact: “Their predictive maintenance technology, boasting 99.9% failure detection accuracy and a 5-20x ROI when deployed at scale, significantly reduces downtime and energy consumption for its blue-chip clients globally.”
This funding round marks another milestone in Augury’s journey, following previous investments from prominent firms like Insight Partners, Eclipse, and Schneider Electric Ventures. The company remains committed to driving AI adoption in industrial settings, optimizing manufacturing processes, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
