In a significant leap towards advancing customer satisfaction, CMC Networks, a global Tier 1 service provider, has unveiled a transformative upgrade to its Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC) at its new headquarters in Sandton, South Africa. This move underscores CMC's commitment to harnessing technological innovation to propel its operations and elevate user experiences.

CMC Networks has strategically revamped its GNOC, employing state-of-the-art technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a seamlessly integrated switching, routing, and Access Point network fabric. The upgrade promises to amplify network efficiencies and operational prowess, with a special emphasis on enhancing customer interactions through the strategic incorporation of AI and automation.

The cornerstone of this enhancement is the integration of Juniper Mist AI, a robust solution that intricately weaves together CMC Networks' switching, routing, and Access Point network fabric. By leveraging AI, machine learning, and data science, the company aims to streamline operations across wireless access, wired access, and software-defined wide-area networks (SD-WAN). This holistic approach utilizes advanced data from various network components, including APs, switches, routers, and firewalls, to optimize customer experiences from end to end.

This platform leverages network automation and advanced AI-driven insights, courtesy of NetBrain and BigPanda, further enhancing the NOC team's ability to provide unparalleled support with increased visibility, automation, and intelligence.
