Creao AI has raised $10 million in new funding for its "super agent" platform, a system that lets users build, run, and manage AI agents entirely through conversation. The round brings the company's total capital to $25 million across three rounds in under a year.
The AI agents market has been growing quickly, and investor interest reflects that. According to MarketsandMarkets, the global AI agents market was valued at $7.84 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $52.62 billion by 2030, at a compound annual growth rate of 46.3%. That growth is showing up in enterprise behavior too. In CrewAI's 2026 State of Agentic AI report, 100% of surveyed enterprises said they plan to expand their use of AI agents this year. Agent deployment nearly quadrupled over the course of 2025. Demand is not the question anymore. What matters now is whether AI agents can move beyond answering questions and start doing actual work.
Prosperity7 Ventures, the $3 billion diversified venturing fund of Aramco Ventures, led the round.
Several large deals have defined the AI agent space over the past year. Meta acquired Manus, a general purpose AI agent startup, for $2 billion at the end of 2025. Genspark reached unicorn status with a $275 million Series B at a $1.25 billion valuation. Gumloop closed a $50 million Series B from Benchmark for its no-code agent builder targeting enterprise automation. And Relevance AI raised $24 million to build what it calls an agent "operating system" for pre-configured enterprise teams.
Most of these platforms still require humans to assemble workflows, connect components visually, or trigger tasks manually. Creao AI takes a different approach. There is no visual builder. Instead, users describe what they need in a conversation, and the AI agent writes the code, connects integrations, and runs the task. When a task works well, it gets saved as what the company calls an "Agent App," a reusable, schedulable unit of automation that can run again on its own.
"As AI adoption matures, the focus is shifting from models to execution. Creao AI is building the infrastructure layer that allows agents to operate autonomously, reliably, and continuously. We believe platforms that enable this transition will play an important role in the next generation of AI systems." — Raed Twaily, Executive Managing Director, Prosperity7 Ventures.
The new capital will go toward expanding the engineering team, deepening enterprise integrations, and scaling what the company describes as agent-to-agent collaboration. That last part is worth explaining. As AI agents evolve from single-task tools into systems that chain together multiple steps, the ability for one agent to hand work off to another without human involvement becomes a core part of how the product functions.
Creao AI is also building out its workspace layer. This is a persistent environment where Agent Apps live, accumulate memory across runs, and can be managed by one person. The company says 200,000 users have joined the platform since its September 2025 launch, all through organic adoption without paid marketing.
CEO Kai Cheng frames the company's broader goal as closing the loop between building AI tools and running them. He uses an analogy from hardware manufacturing to make the point: lasting advantage in AI, he argues, will not come from product direction alone, since competitors can replicate ideas quickly, but from embedding AI deeply into how a company actually operates.
Creao AI was founded in 2024 with team members across the US, Canada, and Hong Kong. CEO Kai Cheng spent a decade building production AI systems for over 250 enterprise clients. CTO Peter Pang was a research scientist on Meta's Llama 3 team and previously worked on multimodal models at Apple. Co-founder Clark Gao, who leads go-to-market, previously built data teams at LinkedIn and Tencent.
The company went through several product iterations before landing on its current model. Since forming in mid-2024, the team tried synthetic data, workflow builders, and natural language coding. The version that launched in September 2025 was a vibe-coding tool. By December 2025, it had been scrapped and rebuilt around the agent-app architecture that exists today. It took five pivots to get there.
The product works in three layers. First, a coding agent where users create Agent Apps through conversation, without writing traditional code. Second, an autonomous execution layer where those apps run on schedule, trigger workflows, and chain tasks without manual follow-up. Third, a workspace where humans oversee everything. The team uses the platform internally for its own SEO pipelines, influencer marketing, and content production, with a 20-person team handling work that would typically need a much larger staff.
"Everyone knows AI promises an explosion of productivity. But the industry is stuck in two traps. If humans still operate AI tools step-by-step, productivity hits a ceiling. And if humans are still the only ones building the tools, the real AI revolution hasn't even started." — Kai Cheng, CEO and co-founder of Creao AI.
Prosperity7 Ventures led the $10 million round, the latest of three funding rounds totaling $25 million in under 12 months. Prosperity7 is the diversified venture capital arm of Aramco Ventures, a subsidiary of Aramco. The fund invests globally in startups across sectors including AI, enterprise technology, fintech, medtech, and robotics, with offices in Dhahran, San Francisco, New York, Beijing, and Shanghai.
Prosperity7's AI-related portfolio includes investments in companies such as Arcee AI and Spirit AI. Aramco Ventures, Prosperity7's parent entity, expanded its total venture allocation to $7 billion in 2024, giving the broader program significant capacity to support startups across multiple geographies.
