Eagle Wireless, a U.S.-based cellular module manufacturer, has closed a $30 million Series B financing round co-led by Asymmetric Capital Partners and The O.H.I.O. Fund. The round brings the company's total capital raised to $44 million and marks a significant step in its ambition to become the dominant Western supplier of connectivity solutions as the market shifts from 4G to 5G.
Eagle Wireless holds a distinctive position in the industry as the only Western cellular module manufacturer serving both the IoT and automotive markets. The company provides connectivity solutions across industrial, commercial, and vehicle platforms, and the new funding will accelerate its 5G product roadmap while supporting an expansion into full-device production for customers in the United States.
As connectivity requirements grow more complex, customers are no longer just looking for components. They want trusted partners who can deliver complete, field-ready devices. This shift is pushing manufacturers to move beyond individual modules and toward end-to-end device solutions that reduce development time and simplify deployment.
Eagle Wireless is responding directly to that demand. Its expansion into U.S.-based device production builds on an existing base of proven cellular modules and long-standing customer relationships, allowing buyers to benefit from domestic manufacturing and more resilient supply chains.
"This Series B is a major milestone for Eagle Wireless and a strong validation of our long-term strategy," said Norbert Muhrer, CEO of Eagle Wireless. "As the industry accelerates its transition from 4G to 5G, we are committed to investing deeply in R&D to ensure our customers have access to best-in-class connectivity solutions across both IoT and automotive applications."
The Series B capital will be directed toward three main areas: expanding research and development, advancing Eagle's 5G product roadmap, and scaling full-device production capacity in the United States. The company's existing module platforms and customer base will serve as the foundation for this next phase of growth.
Eagle expects to activate more than $100 million in committed run-rate revenue over the next 12 months in the module market alone. Beyond that, the company plans to offer additional value through device production and design services, using its relationships with established customers to grow into a broader product partner.
"From day one, we've focused on building durable customer relationships through the cellular module," said TJ Dembinski, Co-Founder and President of Eagle Wireless. "This raise allows us to extend that value beyond modules and into full-device solutions, helping customers simplify development, accelerate deployment, and meet the growing demands of 5G connectivity."
Eagle Wireless was founded in 2024, making this fundraise all the more notable. The company turned on production at its Ohio facility in July 2025 and has grown quickly since. For a company less than two years old, the scale of committed revenue and the caliber of its investor base signal that the market has taken notice.
The company operates globally, with offices in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. It serves customers across the IoT and automotive industries, focusing on secure supply chains and reliable wireless solutions. More information is available at eaglewireless.com.
Mark Kvamme, Co-Founder and Chairman of Eagle Wireless and Founder and CEO of The O.H.I.O. Fund, pointed to the broader significance of the company's model: "Eagle Wireless is uniquely positioned to strengthen domestic technology and manufacturing capabilities. By leveraging the company's proven cellular modules and customer relationships to support full-device production in the United States, Eagle is helping customers reduce supply chain risk while building critical connectivity infrastructure here at home."
The Series B was co-led by existing investors, a detail that reflects continued confidence in Eagle's execution and technical depth. Asymmetric Capital Partners, founded in 2021, is an early-stage technology investment firm with over $240 million in assets under management and nearly 90 portfolio companies. The O.H.I.O. Fund is a private fund adviser focused on backing innovative entrepreneurs in Ohio, with a particular focus on advanced manufacturing, biotech, infrastructure, and related sectors.
"Eagle Wireless has built a rare platform at the intersection of IoT, automotive, and next-generation connectivity," said Sam Clayman, Partner at Asymmetric Capital Partners. "Their ability to evolve from a leading module supplier into a full-device partner creates a compelling growth opportunity. We're excited to support the team in this next phase."
With this round closed, Eagle Wireless is focused on cementing its position as the leading Western module vendor, accelerating 5G development, and expanding its role as a reliable U.S.-based partner for customers deploying connected devices at scale.
