Flock Safety has raised $275 million in a new funding round, bringing its valuation to $7.5 billion. The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Greenoaks Capital, Bedrock Capital, Meritech Capital, Matrix Partners, Sands Capital, Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator. This investment builds on a year of rapid growth, with the company surpassing $300 million in annual recurring revenue—a 70% year-over-year increase.

• Advanced investigative intelligence: The company’s data platform, Nova, helps agencies analyze and act on multiple data sources efficiently.
• U.S.-made drones: Following its acquisition of Aerodome, Flock plans to launch domestically manufactured drones by 2025 for real-time crime response.
• Interoperability: A focus on breaking down information silos, allowing no-cost data integrations with other safety technology providers.
• Scaling U.S. manufacturing: A new 100,000-square-foot facility in Georgia will expand production capacity to meet growing demand.
