Guardz, the cybersecurity platform built specifically for managed service providers (MSPs), has raised $56 million in a Series B funding round. The investment brings the company’s total capital raised to $84 million since its launch just over two years ago.
The new round was led by ClearSky, with participation from Phoenix, SentinelOne, Glilot Capital Partners, Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, GKFF Ventures, Lumir, and others.
Guardz focuses on securing small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by arming MSPs with an AI-native unified cybersecurity platform. The company addresses a longstanding issue in the cybersecurity world: most tools are built for large enterprises, leaving SMBs vulnerable and forcing MSPs to piece together multiple solutions.
“We’re not just here to protect. We’re here to empower,” said Dor Eisner, CEO & Co-founder, Guardz. “It is important to give small businesses the same level of protection as the big guys.”
The newly secured capital will support Guardz’ U.S. expansion and product development. The company is focused on increasing automation, enhancing compliance workflows, and deepening integrations across its ecosystem.
Guardz is also investing in its AI-powered detection and response engine, backed by a team of human threat analysts. The platform already includes capabilities such as email protection, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), awareness training, and a built-in cyber insurance offering.
Founded in Miami, Guardz has built a unified platform designed to secure identities, endpoints, email, cloud environments, and data—while also making it easier for MSPs to manage security at scale. Unlike traditional enterprise tools, Guardz eliminates the need for multiple point solutions by offering a connected, AI-driven system that gets smarter with every signal.
Its managed detection and response (MDR) feature operates around the clock, combining AI with human expertise to detect, triage, and respond to threats before they escalate.
In addition to ClearSky and Phoenix, Guardz’ backers include SentinelOne, Glilot Capital Partners, Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, GKFF Ventures, and Lumir. Several of these investors have returned from previous rounds, signaling continued confidence in the company’s direction and leadership.
“To the hundreds of MSP partners who’ve already joined us: Thank you. Your feedback, hustle, and trust have helped shape Guardz into what it is today.”
