Coinflow has raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Pantera Capital. The round included participation from CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, The Fintech Fund, Jump Capital, Reciprocal Ventures, and founders and operators from more than a dozen other companies.
The Chicago-based stablecoin payments company has grown considerably since its seed round in 2024. Revenue has increased 23 times over, and the platform now operates in more than 170 countries with a multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume run rate.
Coinflow is building what it calls the world's first unified global pay-in and payout infrastructure with instant settlement through stablecoins. The platform allows businesses to accept and send money across borders immediately, with built-in fraud and chargeback protection.
The cross-border payments market is expected to exceed $320 trillion by 2032, up from $194 trillion today. Coinflow's approach combines stablecoin technology, AI-powered fraud prevention, and blockchain proof-of-delivery into a single system.
"Coinflow is redefining the payments category by delivering something no other provider can: instant global payments and payouts without the fear of fraud or chargebacks," said Ryan Barney, partner at Pantera Capital. "With the market for cross-border payments projected to exceed $320 trillion by 2032, the opportunity is massive. Coinflow is uniquely positioned to capture that growth and become the default payment infrastructure for the future."
The platform lets merchants process transactions and settle funds in real-time while avoiding chargebacks. Companies across multiple sectors are already using the infrastructure, including marketplaces, fintechs, gaming companies, payroll providers, remittance services, and ecommerce merchants.
The new capital will fund several initiatives. Coinflow plans to expand global payout coverage to more than 100 countries, with a focus on new corridors in Asia and Latin America.
The company will also work on improving its orchestration capabilities to increase approval rates, which directly affects merchant growth. Additional priorities include improving payout liquidity and efficiency, expanding into new jurisdictions, and scaling the team across the United States and Europe to meet customer demand.
"Payment systems are still stuck in a patchwork of local networks, riddled with delays, fraud, and unnecessary costs," said Daniel Lev, co-founder and CEO of Coinflow. "Coinflow solves this by unifying global rails into one instant, secure settlement layer. Our Series A funding will enable us to scale that vision globally and cement our role as the world's next-generation PSP."
Founded in 2023, Coinflow was previously known as Coinflow Labs. The company provides instant settlement, fraud and chargeback indemnity, global pay-in capabilities, multi-currency foreign exchange, and unified payouts.
The platform serves a range of clients worldwide, from remittance providers to gaming platforms. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
The Series A round brought together strategic investors with experience in fintech and crypto infrastructure. Lead investor Pantera Capital was joined by CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, The Fintech Fund, Jump Capital, and Reciprocal Ventures. Founders and operators from more than a dozen additional companies also participated in the round.
The backing reflects growing interest in stablecoin-based payment infrastructure as an alternative to traditional cross-border payment systems, which often involve multiple intermediaries, longer settlement times, and higher costs.
