Munich's einwert Scores Over €4M in Seed Funding

Recently, it raised a substantial €4 million in seed funding, with Ventech leading the charge

Real estate valuation is facing a revolution, and Munich-based startup einwert is leading the charge. The complexities of real estate challenges demand a swift and accurate valuation platform. Einwert steps into this arena with a freshly secured seed funding of over €4 million, spearheaded by Ventech, a prominent pan-European early-stage VC. Joining forces with existing investors, including 468 Capital, Wecken & Cie, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, and Infinitas Capital, einwert aims to become the European market leader in real estate value management.

Founded in 2022 by Christina Mauer and Maximilian Schlachter, einwert offers a cutting-edge platform for real estate valuations, delivering certified reports in record time. The platform seamlessly integrates data and documents, offering users digital access to and analysis of assessment results. Einwert simplifies the valuation process by providing a streamlined approach to requesting valuations from qualified partners, storing results digitally for on-demand access and analysis.

With the newly secured funds, einwert is poised to revolutionize real estate valuation, positioning itself as the go-to platform for value management. The platform aggregates market data from various providers, providing a centralized hub for real-time value analysis and benchmarks. This data-driven approach empowers informed decision-making for portfolio optimization, re-letting strategies, and ESG investments.

Einwert's innovative approach has attracted a diverse investor group, with Ventech Principal Nicolas Barthalon expressing confidence in the startup's potential. The funding not only propels einwert's growth trajectory but also signifies a broader industry shift towards digitizing and streamlining real estate valuation. As Christina Mauer, co-founder of einwert, states, the financing enables them to meet the surging demand and further expand their groundbreaking offering, ushering in a new era for real estate value management.
