Naboo, a Paris-based platform for corporate events management, has closed a $70 million Series B funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The round includes participation from existing investors Notion Capital, ISAI, and Ternel. This marks the company's second major fundraise in just over a year, following a €20 million Series A in January 2025.
Lightspeed Venture Partners, a US-based investment firm with a track record of backing early-stage companies poised to transform their industries through technology, sees strong potential in Naboo's approach. The firm has previously invested in prominent European AI companies, including Mistral AI, which it has supported since 2023.
The global corporate events market is worth an estimated $400 billion, and Naboo has positioned itself as one of the most dynamic players in this space. In just three years, the company has become a market leader across Europe by using AI to streamline how businesses book, manage, and execute corporate events.
The UK has emerged as Naboo's largest market outside France following the successful launch of its London office in 2025. Major clients including KPMG and HSBC have already adopted the platform. The broader corporate events industry is experiencing significant change, driven by the growing importance of customer and partner-oriented events such as conferences and product launches.
"This $70M Series B gives us the means to define the global standard for AI-powered event procurement," said Maxime Eduardo, CEO and co-founder of Naboo. "Our mission is clear: to provide large enterprises with an infrastructure that combines purchasing performance, compliance and automation on a global scale. New York marks a new and exciting milestone for Naboo: we are accelerating in the United States and rapidly scaling a global platform."
Naboo's growth metrics demonstrate strong market traction. The company has processed $150 million in business volume and achieved 3x year-over-year growth over the past three years. Perhaps most notably, it maintains a 0% churn rate among corporate clients and has won over 90% of major account tenders.
The platform has attracted world-renowned companies organically, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, HubSpot, Figma, and ElevenLabs. These organizations use Naboo to handle both client-facing and internal corporate event requirements.
Following rapid traction in the United States, where the company achieved more than 10% of its revenue in just five months, Naboo is opening a new North American hub in New York. This follows last year's launch in Montreal and builds on the company's established presence across Europe.
The New York office will support Naboo's US go-to-market strategy, enable international deployments for existing customers, and strengthen partnerships with local vendors and service providers. The move reflects the company's ambition to replicate its European success across North America.
The new funding will enable Naboo to execute several strategic initiatives beyond traditional events management. The company plans to introduce a specialized AI agent that allows customers to book independently and instantly, complementing its existing concierge service. It's also launching a corporate payment card integrated into clients' workflows and technology ecosystems to centralize and simplify all payments.
Naboo's AI will optimize savings by managing tenders for each event, regardless of size, with potential savings of up to 30% of clients' budgets. Perhaps most significantly, the company intends to expand into adjacent procurement categories, targeting what's known as "tail spend" or Class C spending—fragmented purchases that share similar characteristics with event procurement, including numerous payments and strict compliance requirements.
Antoine Moyroud from Lightspeed Venture Partners explained the investment rationale: "AI is redefining how teams work: less fragmented coordination, better decision-making, and higher expectations. Naboo has already achieved this level of execution internally thanks to the AI tools developed at the heart of its platform. The next step is to put these tools directly into the hands of Naboo's clients, giving them unique access to cutting-edge AI technology to help transform their operations."
To support this expansion, Naboo is launching a strategic hiring initiative across its hubs in Paris, Hamburg, Barcelona, Montreal, and New York. The company is recruiting key account managers across all locations, while Paris will serve as the epicenter for AI and data engineering talent.
Leadership positions are also open, including Chief Operating Officer, HR Director, Engineering Director, and Marketing Director. These hires will support Naboo's ambitious goal of tripling revenue in 2026 and exceeding one billion in business volume by 2027.
Naboo was founded in 2022 by Maxime Eduardo, Antoine Servant, Lucien Bredin, and Jean-Louis Villeminot. The company now employs 180 people across eight countries and works with a quarter of the CAC 40 under exclusive contracts, alongside global corporations such as Google, Siemens, Meta, and Microsoft.
The platform addresses what has historically been a highly manual and complex process. Event-driven procurement involves vague requests, multiple providers, compliance constraints, and common execution and payment issues. By applying AI to these challenges, Naboo has created measurable value for customers while building a platform that can extend to other fragmented spending areas.
Naboo has now raised €100 million over the past three years from a mix of European and US investors. Beyond Lightspeed's leadership in this round, the company benefits from continued support from ISAI (France), Notion Capital (UK), and Ternel (France).
Itxaso del Palacio, General Partner at Notion Capital, emphasized the opportunity: "Event planning is one of those categories where AI can have an immediate, end-to-end impact. From sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to automating attendee communication, AI removes significant friction from a historically manual process. Incumbent solutions are outdated, lack automation, and are simply not built to keep pace with today's AI-driven workflows. Naboo is exceptionally well-positioned to lead this shift, and the strong market pull they're experiencing clearly reflects both the urgency of the problem and the appetite for a modern, intelligent solution."
Moyroud added: "For us, the investment was a no-brainer. Over the past twelve months, Naboo has demonstrated that it is one of those rare companies capable of transforming complex AI into real-world execution, and more importantly, into measurable value for its customers."
