Nimblemind.ai, a data infrastructure platform focused on structuring clinical data for AI applications, has raised $2.5 million in funding to expand its mission. The funding round, led by Bread & Butter Ventures, included participation from Great Oaks Venture Capital, SpringTime Ventures, Stone Mountain Ventures, Victorum Capital, Techstars, and several strategic healthcare-focused angel investors.

The investment will accelerate Nimblemind.ai’s efforts to make unstructured healthcare data AI-ready. By curating and labeling clinical datasets, the company aims to solve a major hurdle in healthcare AI—access to high-quality, structured multi-modal data.

Unlocking AI’s Potential in Healthcare

AI’s impact in healthcare hinges on well-structured, specialty-specific datasets, a challenge Nimblemind.ai is addressing head-on. “We are at an inflection point where AI can revolutionize healthcare, but without well-structured, specialty-specific data, its full potential remains untapped,” said Pi Zonooz, CEO & Co-Founder of Nimblemind.ai.

The company enables healthcare providers to organize raw patient data into structured formats, unlocking AI-driven insights for better decision-making and predictive analytics. This approach enhances clinical workflows, improves operational efficiency, and opens non-clinical revenue opportunities.

How Nimblemind.ai Will Use the New Funding

The newly secured funding will support Nimblemind.ai in expanding its specialty-specific AI models, strengthening its platform’s capabilities, and growing its partnerships with healthcare providers. The company also plans to invest in compliance and data sovereignty measures, ensuring healthcare organizations retain control over their AI-driven data strategies.

Additionally, the funds will help the company onboard new healthcare partners in the U.S. and Asia, where Nimblemind.ai has already established collaborations. “Nimblemind.ai is unlocking the power of AI in healthcare. By organizing and curating data from our EMR, patient surveys, and wearable devices, they are helping us identify patient interventions more effectively,” said Lynn M Madden, PhD, CEO of APT Foundation.

Bringing Structure to Unstructured Clinical Data

Founded by Pi Zonooz, Nimblemind.ai provides AI-powered data structuring solutions tailored for healthcare providers. The platform ensures medical professionals can maximize the value of their data while maintaining compliance and sovereignty.

The company’s proprietary approach transforms raw patient data—including electronic medical records (EMRs), patient surveys, and wearable device data—into structured formats optimized for AI applications. This process enables more accurate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and predictive modeling.

Investor Support and Future Growth

With backing from leading investors, Nimblemind.ai is positioned to drive the next phase of AI-driven healthcare innovation. “We believe that transforming healthcare represents perhaps the single most significant application of artificial intelligence in our time, and Nimblemind.ai is building the essential foundation to realize this potential,” said Mary Grove, Managing Director of Bread & Butter Ventures.

As the demand for AI-ready data infrastructure grows, Nimblemind.ai continues to expand its technology and partnerships, reinforcing its commitment to improving patient care through AI-driven insights.
