Perfect, an AI-driven recruitment platform, has secured $23 million in Seed funding, with Hanaco Ventures leading the round. Additional investors include Joule Ventures and Young Sohn, former President of Samsung Electronics. This investment will accelerate the platform’s AI development and expand its presence across new markets.
Recruitment remains an industry plagued by inefficiencies, with 88% of HR leaders struggling to find qualified candidates and 77% citing skill shortages as a major challenge. Perfect aims to bridge this gap with an AI-powered platform that automates sourcing, outreach, and interview scheduling—reducing time-to-hire by 75% and improving candidate-to-company match rates by 90%.
The recruitment industry, valued in the billions, continues to suffer from outdated manual processes. Many companies face lengthy hiring cycles, poor candidate fits, and increased hiring costs. With unfilled roles costing businesses an average of $500 per day, the need for faster, more efficient hiring solutions is urgent.
“Our goal is not to replace humans but to make them superhuman,” said Eylon Etshtein, CEO & Co-Founder of Perfect. “Recruiters can now offload tedious, repetitive tasks, freeing up their time to engage meaningfully with candidates and make smarter hiring decisions.”
Perfect’s AI streamlines recruitment by autonomously analyzing job descriptions, sourcing the best candidates, conducting outreach, and scheduling interviews—all in seconds. The platform reduces manual recruiter workload by 25 hours per week, allowing teams to focus on building relationships rather than administrative tasks.
With fresh funding, Perfect plans to expand its AI capabilities, further integrating its technology into industry-specific workflows. The company is also setting its sights on international expansion, with plans to enter the APAC market next year.
Perfect is also working on the launch of an AI worker for recruitment teams, a fully autonomous, non-human recruiter designed to handle repetitive hiring tasks with minimal human intervention.
“Perfect's ability to deploy across every recruiter or business leader in the organization is extremely novel,” said Lior Prosor, Partner at Hanaco Ventures. “Compared to the traditional ‘seat-based’ model, this approach is transformative.”
Unlike traditional AI recruitment tools that merely suggest candidates, Perfect’s platform actively manages hiring workflows. The system identifies, contacts, and pre-screens candidates, providing hiring teams with shortlisted applicants ready for interviews.
“Perfect’s AI has transformed our recruitment process,” said Itai Goldich, Director of Talent Acquisition at Optimove. “We’ve slashed manual tasks, reached the right candidates faster, and significantly enhanced pipeline quality.”
Beyond efficiency, Perfect’s AI promotes fairness, diversity, and inclusion by evaluating candidates objectively, focusing solely on skills and experience rather than subjective biases.
