RedotPay has closed a $107 million Series B round as the stablecoin payment platform continues rapid growth across global markets. The oversubscribed round was led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, Circle Ventures, and existing investors including HSG. This brings RedotPay's total capital raised in 2025 to $194 million.
The Hong Kong-based fintech now serves over 6 million registered users across more than 100 countries. The platform processed over $10 billion in annualized payment volume as of November 2025 and generates more than $150 million in annualized revenue. Payment volume nearly tripled year-on-year, with more than 3 million new users joining the platform in 2025 through November.
RedotPay is betting that stablecoins can solve long-standing problems in cross-border payments and currency volatility. The company targets both crypto-native users and mainstream consumers who want access to dollar-denominated assets without the friction of traditional banking.
The platform offers three core products: a stablecoin-based card that lets users spend digital assets globally, stablecoin-powered payout rails for fast international transfers, and multi-currency accounts with a P2P marketplace that connects traditional finance with digital assets. Users can hold stablecoins and convert them to local currencies when needed, avoiding the volatility of holding funds in weaker currencies.
"Our goal is to help users manage their finances with confidence through stablecoin-powered financial services," said Michael Gao, Co-Founder and CEO of RedotPay. He added that beyond capital, the investors bring expertise and resources to help the company scale responsibly while staying compliance-focused.
RedotPay plans to use the new capital for strategic acquisitions that will strengthen its product capabilities and infrastructure. The company will also invest heavily in securing licenses and expanding its compliance organization to enter new markets. Global hiring is planned across engineering, product, and compliance teams.
The company is prioritizing geographic expansion in key growth regions while working to deliver what it calls a seamless bridge between crypto and traditional payment ecosystems. RedotPay is already profitable and growing efficiently, which gave it leverage in fundraising negotiations.
The investor lineup brings experience across consumer fintech, blockchain infrastructure, and global payments. Goodwater Capital typically backs platform companies reshaping consumer experiences at scale, while Pantera Capital and Blockchain Capital have deep roots in crypto.
Jin Oh, Partner at Goodwater Capital, said the firm believes stablecoins can disrupt global money flow and strengthen financial inclusion. "RedotPay is improving financial access globally with remarkable traction for its stablecoin-driven solutions across major markets," he noted.
Pantera Capital sees RedotPay as proof that blockchain can solve real-world problems beyond speculation. "RedotPay is bringing stablecoins into everyday payments at a global scale," said Ryan Barney, Partner at Pantera Capital.
Blockchain Capital's investment thesis centers on giving consumers in unstable economies more control over their financial lives. Many users in emerging markets face currency devaluation, inflation that erodes savings, and banking systems they don't trust. RedotPay offers an alternative.
Jonah Burian at Blockchain Capital explained that in many countries, consumers face currency risk and fragile banking systems. "Many would prefer to store value in assets they trust, such as dollars, Bitcoin, or other digital assets, and spend in their local currency," he said. "For millions globally, it is becoming a primary financial tool and a top-of-wallet card."
Circle Ventures, the venture arm of stablecoin issuer Circle, also participated in the round. The firm has a strategic interest in seeing USDC and other stablecoins gain adoption through payment platforms like RedotPay.
RedotPay was founded in 2023 by Michael Gao and operates as a global stablecoin-based payment fintech that integrates blockchain solutions with traditional banking infrastructure. The company has grown quickly since launch, reaching 6 million users in roughly two years.
Gao describes himself as focused on making global payments accessible, secure, and efficient. Under his leadership, RedotPay has positioned itself as a bridge between crypto and mainstream finance, serving both cryptocurrency enthusiasts and users who simply want access to more stable currencies. The platform empowers users to spend digital dollars and send international payments with lower fees and faster settlement than traditional wire transfers.
RedotPay's approach differs from traditional fintechs by building on blockchain infrastructure from the ground up rather than layering crypto services onto existing banking rails. This gives the company more flexibility in how it moves money across borders and currencies.
The company faces competition from other crypto payment startups and established fintechs adding stablecoin features. But its user growth and revenue metrics suggest it has found product-market fit, particularly in markets where local currencies are unstable or cross-border payments are expensive and slow. RedotPay will need to navigate an evolving regulatory environment as it expand
