StackGuardian has raised $10 million in total funding, including its initial seed round. The Series A was led by TIN Capital, with backing from existing investors Volta Ventures and InvestLink. The European cloud-native startup provides infrastructure automation and orchestration tools designed to help enterprises deliver secure, compliant self-service infrastructure.
The investment will support the company's expansion into new markets, particularly across Europe and the United States. StackGuardian also plans to accelerate development of the AI capabilities that power its self-service infrastructure platform.
Organizations today face increasing pressure to provide teams with self-service infrastructure while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. StackGuardian's platform addresses this challenge by combining standardization with automation, allowing enterprises to scale infrastructure delivery without sacrificing governance or cost control.
"Enterprises face mounting pressure to deliver self-service infrastructure without compromising security, compliance, or cost efficiency," said Karl Driesen, Co-Founder & CEO of StackGuardian. "This funding enables us to scale our go-to-market efforts, support our growing global customer base, and accelerate innovation, especially in AI, empowering teams to orchestrate infrastructure more intelligently, faster, and with greater security."
The new capital will primarily fund two areas: geographic expansion and product development. StackGuardian plans to grow its presence in the US market while strengthening its position in Europe. On the product side, the company will focus on enhancing the AI features that make its platform more intelligent and accessible.
These improvements aim to simplify infrastructure automation for teams across enterprises, reducing complexity while improving security outcomes. The company sees AI as central to making infrastructure orchestration faster and more intuitive for technical and non-technical users alike.
Founded in 2022, StackGuardian has positioned itself as a solution for enterprises that need to standardize infrastructure delivery while giving teams autonomy. The platform allows organizations to provide self-service capabilities without creating security gaps or compliance risks.
"Our engineering is committed to making infrastructure automation accessible without compromising on security or compliance," said Akshat Tandon, Co-Founder & CTO of StackGuardian. "AI enables our Self-Service IaC Platform to be smarter, simpler, and more approachable for all teams in enterprises."
Major organizations including Siemens, RheinEnergie, and Bpost have already adopted the platform. These customers use StackGuardian to accelerate infrastructure provisioning while maintaining the governance frameworks their industries require.
TIN Capital's decision to lead the round reflects confidence in both the product and its market traction. The firm specializes in cybersecurity and security technology investments across Europe, and sees StackGuardian as well-positioned in a market where infrastructure security is increasingly important.
"We felt the time was right to invest in StackGuardian," said Michael Lucassen, Managing Partner at TIN Capital. "The fact that leading enterprises such as Siemens, RheinEnergie, and Bpost are using the platform is clear proof of its value, and a strong signal that now is the moment to accelerate."
TIN Capital joins Volta Ventures and InvestLink in backing the company. The firm manages a €100M European Cyber Tech Fund focused on startups and scale-ups that protect national, economic, and digital security.
