Uniphore has closed a $260 million Series F funding round at a $2.5 billion valuation, bringing together an unusual mix of strategic and financial investors. NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks led the round alongside NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures.
The investment stands out in the crowded AI funding landscape because it combines major technology infrastructure companies with traditional venture investors. This alignment signals strong confidence in Uniphore's position within the enterprise AI stack.
Uniphore positions itself as the answer to a persistent challenge in enterprise AI: making powerful technology accessible to business users while meeting the security and governance standards that IT departments require. The company serves over 2,000 businesses globally, including many Fortune 500 companies.
"Our Series F raise marks an exciting milestone for Uniphore. It is unlike most fundraises because, in addition to top-tier financial investors, we are joined by the world's top AI and data companies," said Umesh Sachdev, co-founder and CEO of Uniphore. "This unique combination of capital and strategic alignment validates Uniphore's position as the Business AI leader."
Gerry Murray, research director at IDC, sees the investment as validation of a specific market need. "This investment is an unprecedented validation of Uniphore's position at the center of enterprise AI infrastructure," Murray said. "It signals broad consensus around a critical enabling layer—infrastructure that can securely connect data, knowledge, models, and agents across ecosystems."
The new capital will focus on two main areas: accelerating innovation on the Business AI Cloud platform and deepening partnerships within the AI ecosystem. The company recently launched its Business AI Cloud in spring 2025 and has been active in acquisitions.
Uniphore has acquired ActionIQ and Infoworks, with announced deals for Orby AI and Autonom8 still pending. These moves position the company to help business users adopt AI more easily while automating tasks with systems trained on enterprise data. The acquisitions also bring in AI talent and expand the range of outcomes Uniphore can deliver for clients.
KPMG is using Uniphore's platform to build AI agents that improve efficiency across procurement, workforce management, and finance functions. The professional services firm deploys these solutions for clients in banking, insurance, energy, and other regulated sectors.
"Uniphore is quickly becoming an important player in AI—and we are thrilled to be working with them to democratize business knowledge into AI transformation to drive real outcomes for our clients," said Prasad Jayaraman, advisory principal at KPMG.
Konecta, a global business process outsourcing company, uses the Business AI Cloud to create a reusable library of prebuilt and custom agents. These handle multilingual service, quality assurance automation, agent coaching, and workflow orchestration.
"Uniphore's Business AI Cloud helps us turn Konecta's operational know-how into AI that scales," said Oscar Vergé, chief AI deployment officer at Konecta. "Clients get quicker resolutions, higher consistency, and the control their CIOs require."
Other clients include Allstate, The Washington Post, Priceline, Atlassian, Bloomberg Media, Dell, and Skechers. These companies use the platform to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and create personalized customer experiences.
Uniphore was co-founded by Umesh Sachdev and positions itself as a Business AI company focused on what it calls the "agentic enterprise." The company's Business AI Cloud aims to bridge what it sees as an AI divide between consumer and enterprise applications.
The platform allows organizations to keep their existing models and data infrastructure while working with current technology systems. It's designed to meet security and compliance requirements that large organizations face. The company describes its approach as sovereign, composable, and secure.
Uniphore has been recognized by Gartner and Forrester and appears on the Deloitte Fast 500 list. The company maintains that its platform delivers the personalization and ease of use that business users expect while providing enterprise-grade security and governance.
The investor group includes both AI infrastructure providers and financial backers who see different angles on Uniphore's potential. The technology companies view the investment as complementary to their own platforms.
"We see Uniphore as a leader in business AI, enabling an agentic enterprise," said Hemant Dhulla, vice president of NVIDIA AI Software. "By combining a sovereign and secure approach with seamless model orchestration and rapid deployment of AI agents, Uniphore is helping organizations unlock meaningful business outcomes."
Dan McNamara, senior vice president and general manager of server, HPC and enterprise AI at AMD, emphasized the company's track record. "Uniphore's Business AI Cloud delivers the performance, efficiency, and security enterprises require," McNamara said. "As a leader in business AI, Uniphore has a strong track record of enabling Fortune 500 customers to move from AI pilots to production at scale."
Harsha Kapre, head of Snowflake Ventures, highlighted data integration. "Our investment in Uniphore is about bringing powerful agentic AI directly to our customers' data," Kapre said. "By supporting Snowflake natively, Uniphore enables businesses to securely automate complex workflows, helping them realize value faster without ever moving their data."
Andrew Ferguson, vice president of Databricks Ventures, focused on deployment challenges. "Our customers want to move generative AI apps and agents from proofs-of-concept to full-scale deployment without friction," Ferguson said. "Uniphore's Business AI Cloud helps organizations streamline data access, model interoperability, and agent orchestration."
NEA, March Capital, and National Grid Partners increased their investment based on what they describe as market-leading growth and consistent execution. These firms backed earlier rounds and now see validation of their thesis.
"We believe Uniphore is a generational company in AI with the platform and team to lead this market," said Scott Sandell, executive chairman and CIO at NEA. "We have seen large businesses move from AI pilots to production in weeks—not months—with strong governance."
Sumant Mandal, co-founder and managing partner at March Capital, pointed to adoption metrics. "Uniphore is delivering one of the fastest ramps we have seen in AI for businesses," Mandal said. "Adoption of the Business AI Cloud is accelerating across the Fortune 500 with expanding use cases."
Abhishek Shukla, managing director at Prosperity7 US, emphasized the platform's design. "Uniphore's Business AI Cloud brings open model choice, data sovereignty, and agentic automation together so enterprises can move from pilot to production fast," Shukla said.
The company reports exponential adoption from Fortune 500 and other large companies. With this latest round, Uniphore aims to deliver greater impact and accelerate innovation for customers worldwide.
