Uniqus Consultech, a global consulting platform blending technology with deep domain expertise, has secured $20 million in Series C funding. The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners with continued backing from Sorin Investments, both of whom are existing investors.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate its international growth, launch new service verticals, and strengthen its AI capabilities. As part of its expansion, Uniqus aims to grow its presence in North America by opening new offices in Chicago and Austin, adding to existing operations in New York and Silicon Valley.
Uniqus’ funding comes amid rising demand for consulting services that go beyond traditional models. Businesses are increasingly looking for solutions that combine deep subject matter knowledge, advanced technology, and access to global talent.
"Uniqus represents the future of consulting," said Anup Gupta, Managing Director at Nexus Venture Partners. “The company's strategic use of technology and AI, coupled with its global cloud delivery model, unlocks an enormous opportunity to transform client outcomes and redefine consulting economics.”
Founded just two years ago, Uniqus has already established offices in 11 cities across the US, India, and the Middle East, and now employs over 550 professionals. The firm’s integrated cloud delivery model enables it to serve more than 250 clients, including notable names like Bloom Energy, GAP, UST, and TaskUs.
With the new funding, the company expects to triple its revenue in North America over the next three years. Its expansion strategy focuses on high-growth regions and service areas where clients seek specialized and tech-driven consulting services.
A significant portion of the funds will go toward building “Uniqus AI,” a new initiative aimed at transforming the delivery of consulting services using proprietary GenAI tools. These investments will support the company's broader goal of reshaping finance, ESG, and risk-related consulting solutions with automation and real-time insights.
Uniqus already offers several proprietary tech platforms that complement its consulting services:
The company also partners with AI firms like Cranium AI to bolster its risk management capabilities.
Clients value Uniqus for its integrated delivery model and technical depth. "We chose Uniqus for their extensive talent pool, strong expertise in US GAAP, technical accounting, and SOX," said Maciej Kurzymski, Chief Accounting Officer at Bloom Energy. “They have consistently delighted us with their solution-driven approach and commitment to delivering results within planned timelines.”
Uniqus was co-founded by consulting veterans Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan. Khatri serves as CEO, and the leadership team includes Anu Chaudhary, a 20-year ESG veteran, as Global Head of ESG, and Abhijit Varma, who leads global tech consulting.
“Our vision has always been to build a consulting platform that leverages global talent and technology to deliver exceptional client outcomes,” said Khatri. “With a $100 billion+ addressable market before us, this is just the beginning.”
The company is backed by investors such as Nexus Venture Partners, Sorin Investments, UST, and a range of international angels.
"Uniqus continues to execute remarkably well as it builds a differentiated, global consulting company," added Sanjay Nayar of Sorin Investments.
