One of the highlights of the festival is the sTARTUp Day pitching competition, where the winners compete for a €200k investment from EstBAN, €100k from Cocoon Ventures, and €10k equity-free money from Swedbank. Previous winners include LightCode, VSight, and Jeff App.
In addition to the pitching competition, the three-day event offers a diverse range of activities, including a stage program with over 182 speakers, hands-on seminars, an "innovation station," and side events covering topics from mental health to space tech, founder stories to aviation, and deep tech to the creative economy.

Among the speakers of the sTARTUp summit in 2023 will be Timmu Tōke, CEO of Ready Player Me, Tazio Son, the founder of Mistletoe, Kadri Haljas, the CEO and founder of Triumf Health, Martin Villig, a co-founder of Bolt, and many others.
