Submit Your Tech Press Release for Editorial Coverage

When your company launches new products, secures funding, or announces key leadership changes, submit your tech press release and we'll transform these developments into professional news coverage that resonates with AI and advanced technology professionals. Our editorial team doesn't simply republish your original press release. Instead, we craft balanced, engaging stories that clearly explain what happened, why it matters, and how it impacts the broader tech landscape.

Our editorial process includes thorough fact-checking, removing promotional language, and providing essential industry context that helps our readers understand the significance of your announcement. This ensures every story meets our editorial standards while delivering genuine value to our audience.

Who Can Submit A press release

We welcome submissions from:

  • PR agencies representing tech companies
  • C-level executives
  • Marketing teams and communications professionals

Please note: When submitting, we appreciate if you begin by clearly identifying your role and relationship to the company you're representing. This helps our editorial team understand the source and context of the submission from the start.

Select Your Submission Type

Choose between two submission options based on your timeline and requirements.

  • Option 1: Unpaid Editorial (≈5% acceptance rate) We select submissions that truly matter to our tech community: substantial product launches, research with code and data, meaningful funding rounds, and strategic partnerships. No links included. Timeline varies, rejections come without detailed explanations.
  • Option 2: Editorial Service ($99) Guaranteed professional coverage within 2 business days. Payment covers reporting, fact checking, and writing costs, not editorial favor. Includes up to two no-follow links to relevant resources. All content gets rewritten. We never publish original press releases or unedited submissions.

We are looking for: Announcements with real impact for tech practitioners and industry professionals across multiple verticals: production-ready launches, significant platform or infrastructure updates, new regional availability, open-sourced tools with working implementations, security revelations with practical solutions, major funding rounds tied to product goals, and executive appointments that signal strategy changes.

Our coverage areas include: Aerospace & Aviation, Artificial Intelligence, B2B Solutions, Blockchain & Web3, CleanTech, Consumer Tech, Crypto, Cybersecurity, Events, Financial Services, Fintech, Funding News, Gaming, HealthTech & MedTech, HRTech, Mobility, Robotics, and other emerging technology sectors.

How our process work

We don't publish raw press releases. Instead, we transform your announcement into professional news coverage.

Your press release gets combined with any extras you send (quotes, screenshots, product details) and transformed into a fresh, readable brief. Usually 300 to 600 words. Easy to scan and actually interesting to read. This is rewriting, not investigative reporting.

What Is Included?

  • Restructure your announcement into clean news format
  • Cut out redundant marketing language and filler content
  • Write clear headlines and subheadings that work
  • Make everything more readable with short sentences and organized paragraphs

What Is Not Included?

  • Interviews, independent verification, or investigative work
  • Outside research or added background beyond what you provide
  • Opinion or commentary beyond improving clarity and flow

Timeline and Expectations?

Unpaid consideration has no timeline and very low acceptance. Paid rewrites are typically completed within two business days after final materials arrive. This service is a straightforward rewrite based on your press release and publicly verifiable facts. No interviews, deep reporting, or complex features involved. We may contact you for clarification if needed, but that's our decision. Publication dates are scheduled at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or delay any submission.

How to submit

Paid Service (€99): Send materials to press@technews180.com with subject "Paid PR Rewrite — [Company Name]". Include complete checklist plus company verification details. We respond with payment instructions and invoicing information. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

Unpaid Consideration (≈2% acceptance): Send to free-press@technews180.com with subject "Unpaid PR Consideration — [Company Name]". High volume means we only respond to submissions we plan to cover. Links are not included in unpaid coverage.

CHECKLIST

Include everything we need in one message or folder:

  1. Your complete press release text in standard press release format (or concise summary if lengthy)
  2. Embargo date, time, and timezone (if applicable)
  3. Executive quotes with full name and title (optional but recommended)
  4. Product specifications (versions, regions, pricing, availability)
  5. Company verification details: business email, registered address, and registration number (required for paid submissions)
  6. Preferred links for inclusion (paid submissions only; maximum two, nofollow)
  7. Company description (100 words maximum)
  8. Visual assets: company logo (SVG/PNG), up to 3 images or diagrams (rights cleared)
  9. Press contact information for fact verification

Important Notes

Published articles are clearly marked as press release coverage. Editorial decisions on acceptance and final content remain our discretion. Payment covers professional rewriting services but does not influence editorial tone, headlines, or coverage approach beyond our link inclusion policy.

"This service applies exclusively to press releases in proper press release format, not sponsored content or opinion pieces.
