Zenity Rakes in $16.5 Million to Secure No-Code/Low-Code Apps

No-code/low-code apps shine, but security demands fortification. Israel's Zenity sails with $16.5M Series A

In an era where technology evolves by the minute, no-code/low-code applications have taken center stage. Yet, as their popularity soars, the call for fortified security around them has grown louder. Answering that call with conviction, the Israel-based startup Zenity, has clinched a remarkable $16.5 million in its Series A fundraising round. Steering the Investment Ship.

The funding spotlight was on Intel Capital, who led the round with zest. But they weren’t alone in recognizing Zenity's promise. Joining them in this venture were notable names such as Vertex Ventures, UpWest, Gefen Capital, and B5. For those unfamiliar with the investment realm, Intel Capital is no ordinary player. It's the investing arm of the tech giant Intel, and they've set their sights predominantly on the ever-evolving technology sector. Since its inception in 1991 in Santa Clara, California, Intel Capital has been on a mission. They primarily cast their nets across pivotal areas in the compute tech ecosystem – silicon, frontier, devices, and the vast cloud.

As part of this investment journey with Zenity, Yoni Greifman, the Investment Director at Intel Capital, is set to claim a seat at Zenity's board of directors. This move not only strengthens the partnership between the two entities but is also a nod to Zenity’s potential to reshape the security landscape of no-code/low-code applications. Stepping back to view the larger picture, the trust placed in Zenity by such dominant investors signals a promising horizon for application security. Zenity is not merely riding the tech wave; they’re ensuring it's a safe journey for all involved.
