The latest release expands Countly’s product intelligence platform with advanced AI analytics, more flexible product analysis and unified customer engagement, while keeping data privacy and control at the core.
London, November 4, 2026: Countly, the first-party digital analytics and customer engagement platform, has launched Countly 27, marking a significant evolution of its product intelligence platform. Building on Countly’s existing capabilities, the release brings advanced product analytics, AI-powered insights and customer engagement into a more connected experience, giving teams more ways to analyse product performance, make informed decisions and measure their impact within a single platform. These developments build on Countly’s longstanding commitment to data privacy and control, including the option for organisations to run the platform on their own infrastructure.
According to Deloitte's 2026 Chief Data and Analytics Officer Survey, 95% of respondents believe their organisations are not fully leveraging the value of their data. At the same time, organisations seeking more sophisticated product analytics have often faced a choice between advanced capabilities and greater control over their data and infrastructure.
“There is a lot of attention on AI models and new technologies, but those will keep changing. What is much harder to replicate is the data organisations collect about their users and products,” says Onur Alp Soner, CEO and Co-founder of Countly. “Companies should be able to analyse the data they've spent years collecting without having to hand it over to another provider. That's what we've focused on with Countly 27: expanding what companies can do with their data while keeping it under their control.”
Countly 27 also expands the platform's AI capabilities. A dedicated AI Analytics workspace allows organisations to track the adoption, cost, quality and performance of AI-powered features within their own products, including the models and agent tools behind them. By bringing this information together, teams can identify potential issues and better assess whether their AI features are delivering value, rather than simply tracking how often they are used. Meanwhile, Cee, Countly's AI analyst, has evolved beyond answering natural-language questions to helping teams investigate user behaviour, build cohorts, funnels and journeys, and explore the evidence behind its findings.
The release also introduces a more flexible approach to product analysis. A redesigned Drill experience allows teams to combine metrics and formulas, analyse data across projects and business units, and explore results through interactive pivot tables. Teams can also move from an individual metric to the users behind it, making it possible to investigate results without relying on multiple queries, exports or separate views. Updates to Funnels, Flows and Cohorts make it easier to investigate where users drop off, which paths they take and how different audiences behave. Redesigned dashboards bring these insights together through ready-made templates, 30 chart types and more flexible filtering and reporting options.
Countly 27 also brings product analysis and customer engagement closer together through its unified Experience hub. Teams can use analytics insights to inform user journeys, push notifications and in-app messaging, alongside surveys, ratings and A/B experimentation. Beyond engagement, the release introduces more detailed crash and regression tracking, direct Jira integration and alerts across multiple projects, as well as a redesigned interface, faster navigation and support for 10 fully translated languages.
The release marks a new level of maturity across the full product intelligence experience and an important step towards Countly's wider vision of private product intelligence across all data. With analytics, AI and customer engagement working more closely together, Countly is moving towards a platform where organisations can manage the entire product intelligence process without giving up control over their data or infrastructure.
